The propertys reception opening hours are:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 (till 20:00 in high season)
- Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00

Bed linen and towels are included in the price for stays of 2 to 6 nights (change payable).

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.

The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows:
Bed linen: EUR 9 per person
Towels: EUR 9 per kit

Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price.

Access to the wellness centre is available at an additional cost.

Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site.

Additional charge for optional services to be paid on site as follows:

- Baby high chair: EUR 15 per stay or EUR 5 per day
- Baby kit (bed + baby high chair): EUR 25 per stay.
